Papaya Smoothie

A gorgeous blend of fresh papaya, granola, honey and creamy coconut yoghurt.


  • 1 1/2 cup fresh papaya
  • 1 ½ cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh mango
  • 4 tbsp granola
  • 1 tsp honey


  • In a bowl mix the granola and honey until combined and place in a long serving glass.
  • Add in fresh diced papaya (or any fruit of your choice)
  • In a blender, mix in 1 cup of the fresh papaya and mango with the coconut yoghurt until blended and transfer into the serving glass.
  • Top with additional fruit or coconut flakes
