Mango Chia Pudding

A zesty, tropical and refreshing dessert from Maiken Fortes 


1 cup chia seeds (white or black)

1 cup milk/milk alternative/ plain greek yoghurt

2 x 200g Blue Skies fresh mango chunks

1 lime


1) Whist your milk (using unsweetened almond milk), and chia seeds in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes and stir again the remove clumps.

2) Cover mixture and chill in fridge overnight. Stir again the next day.

3) In a blender, add freshly cut mango and blend on slow until mixture is smooth and thick (be careful to make sure you don’t over-blend and thin out the mixture)

4) Pour mango mixture in a small dessert cup and then slowly add in your chia pudding.

Optional to add additional toppings.
