Layered Waterlemon Chia Pudding


  • ¼ Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Blue Skies Watermelon
  • Granola


  1. Mix chia seeds with coconut milk, two drops of vanilla extract and place in refrigerator for 5 mins – stir again to remove any clumps. Place mixture back in fridge and leave overnight.
  2. In a long serving glass later granola, fresh cuts of watermelon and chia mixture
  3. Serve chilled
