Five ways to use Ginger


On this week’s #FridayFive we’re sharing Five Ways to Use Ginger:

  1. Tea. Cut up your fresh ginger (no need to peel) and pour some boiling water over it for a refreshing cup of ginger tea.
  1. Soup. Add some ginger to one of your favourite soups. Whether it’s Palm Nut Soup, Light soup or Okra Soup.
  1. Stir-fries. Ginger is the perfect ingredient to add to your stir fry dishes.
  1. With fish. When seasoning your Snapper or Tilapia, add some ginger to the mix.
  1. Cakes. Add ginger to something sweet like a cake or cookie mix.
