A gorgeous blend of fresh papaya, granola, honey and creamy coconut yoghurt.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup fresh papaya
- 1 ½ cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup fresh mango
- 4 tbsp granola
- 1 tsp honey
Method
- In a bowl mix the granola and honey until combined and place in a long serving glass.
- Add in fresh diced papaya (or any fruit of your choice)
- In a blender, mix in 1 cup of the fresh papaya and mango with the coconut yoghurt until blended and transfer into the serving glass.
- Top with additional fruit or coconut flakes
