Ingredients
- ¼ Chia seeds
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- Vanilla Extract
- Blue Skies Watermelon
- Granola
Method
- Mix chia seeds with coconut milk, two drops of vanilla extract and place in refrigerator for 5 mins – stir again to remove any clumps. Place mixture back in fridge and leave overnight.
- In a long serving glass later granola, fresh cuts of watermelon and chia mixture
- Serve chilled
