A Mexican-inspired sweet and savoury colourful side dish by Maiken Fortes
Ingredients
2 x 200g packs of Blue Skies mango
1 lime
1 tsp Chili powder
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Lettuce
Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
Method:
Arrange mango on bed of lettuce.
Garnish with chili powder, lime, coconut flakes and a pinch of Himalayan sea salt.
