Blue Skies has today launched the world’s first Dairy-Free Coconut Milk Ice Cream made with Fresh Fruit.
Made with creamy coconut milk scooped and pressed from freshly harvested mature coconuts, our ice-cream is blended with the same fresh fruit that goes in to our prepared fruit salads to create a creamy, indulgent fresh-tasting treat.
Our ice-cream is available in three delicious flavours; mango and passion fruit, chocolate and orange and creamy coconut. It is currently available to buy from Waitrose in the UK and will soon be available in Ghana and South Africa.
