Try this tasty refreshing blend of fresh watermelon, mango and soda water.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups soda water
- 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks (frozen)
- 2 cups fresh mango (Frozen)
Method:
- Place frozen watermelon into blender and process to break down the ice chunks until snow-like texture. Fill 1/3 of a serving glass. (you might water to set aside the watermelon juice if you plan to layer the drink)
- Repeat process with frozen mango and pour into same glass.
- Create as many layers with the two juices and leave enough room to pour in soda water.
- Lightly mix and garnish with mint.
