Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp acai powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- Granola
- Fresh Meon
- Coconut flakes
Method:
- Blend frozen bananas, coconut milk, acai and honey in a blender until consistency is thick and smooth with an ice cream texture.
- Top with granola, fresh cuts of melon and coconut flakes.
